TERMS OF SALE

Order/Delivery/Exchange/Refund Policy

Ordering options:
1.  submit your order through our Shopping Cart System OR

Payment Methods:
•    PayPal & Credit Card: visa or MasterCard are accepted
•    Cheque or Money Order
•    Direct Deposit

Delivery:  Delivery within Australia(*):  flat $10 rate

Cost of freight will be quoted on ordering for approval by you before we process your payment.

Delivery outside of Australia:  Airmail - To be calculated on order

Exchange/Refund Policy:  We have great confidence in the quality of our products and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If the product is not what you expected, the wrong size, or faulty, please send it back (you pay return postage/freight) unused and unlaundered, with a copy of your receipt and we will exchange or credit note it for you.
Returns must be within 30 days of purchase.

* This does not include bulk items e.g. Cushions or Bolsters!

We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing. RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Piece of Me are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.  Unless otherwise specified, goods will be shipped by Registered Post, thus minimizing the risk of loss to the consumer.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Piece of Me and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Piece of Me does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Piece of Me itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
